We greatly enjoyed our king room with sofa. Our breakfast was satisfactory. The location was great - not far from airport and shopping and dining staff was super friendly, restaurants, malls and the shops.

The breakfast was great with lots of dishes. Hotel's staff were very very helpful and really helpful. Booked the property for its particularly good location so close to the church and the shops and malls and the surrounding area.

Staff was not knowledgeable of city

The staff was hard-working, knowledgeable, and responded promptly to requests. Booked a room with sofa. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea making equipment were provided for a fine stay for a quick 2 night business trip.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we slept great. The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting family in the area. We did have some trouble with our reservation, but the staff promptly solved the issue. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but still had some good options. I recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well designed. I would highly recommend staying here and will do so again when in the area.

We recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a family trip and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was exceptional, from the friendly shuttle driver to the helpful breakfast attendant. The rooms and gym were spotlessly clean, which was a nice change from other hotels we've experienced. The location of the hotel was great, providing a quiet atmosphere for a peaceful night's sleep. The room size was perfect for our family of four, and the dark curtains made it easy to get a good night's rest.

Everything was amazing, fairly clean hotel, comfortable location to most everything centrally located. Location: the venue was right by the airport, downtown and the medical area as well as the church. I tried some drinks at bar Applebee's, located 10 minutes walk away.

The location is great and magnificent, near to restaurants, malls, and the Rio Grande Valley, you cannot beat it.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in McAllen for a weekend getaway with my family. The clean rooms and well-maintained gym were a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff, including the shuttle driver, check-in personnel, breakfast attendant, and housekeeping. The pool was open, which was great for the kids to enjoy. we had a delightful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite a few minor issues, I do recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodation with favourable setting close to the Rio Grande Valley, McAllen for business, and malls. Perfect and clean rooms with sofa. What an awesome stay, no reason to complain.
